The platform connects independent professional sellers with registered business buyers. All commercial transactions conducted through ADM PRO take place directly between the buyer and the seller.
ADM PRO is not the owner, seller, distributor, or delivery provider of any product listed on the platform.
1. Platform Role
ADM PRO functions solely as a digital marketplace where verified sellers can list and promote their products.
All product information provided on the platform, including but not limited to:
• product descriptions
• specifications
• certifications
• pricing
• availability
is supplied by the individual seller.
ADM PRO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by sellers.
2. Product Ownership & Delivery
ADM PRO does not sell, own, store, ship, insure, inspect, or physically handle any products displayed on the platform.
All aspects of a transaction, including:
• payment arrangements
• product verification
• shipping and delivery
• insurance
• customs or import requirements
are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
ADM PRO is not a party to any commercial agreement between users.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADM PRO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, dispute, or misrepresentation related to:
• product quality or authenticity
• seller information or listings
• delivery delays or non-delivery
• payment disputes between users
• commercial agreements between buyers and sellers
Users acknowledge that they operate on the platform at their own commercial risk.
ADM PRO does not act as a mediator, arbitrator, or guarantor in disputes between users.
4. Professional Use Only
ADM PRO is intended exclusively for professional industry participants, including:
• registered businesses
• wholesalers
• brokers
• jewelers
• diamond and gemstone traders
Users may be required to provide VAT or tax registration details to verify their professional status.
Consumer purchases or individual retail transactions are not supported on the platform.
5. Membership & Subscription Services

Membership provides access to platform tools, listings, and network features.
Each member remains fully responsible for their own commercial activities conducted through the platform.
