Refund & Return Policy
ADM PRO is a professional B2B marketplace connecting verified diamond and jewelry suppliers with tax-registered professional buyers worldwide.
ADM PRO does not sell, ship, store, or deliver any products listed on the platform. All transactions take place directly between buyers and verified suppliers.
Product Returns & Exchanges
All diamonds and gemstones listed on ADM PRO are supplied by independent professional sellers and are typically accompanied by internationally recognized certifications (such as GIA or equivalent).
Because ADM PRO operates solely as a marketplace platform and not as a product seller:
• ADM PRO does not accept product returns
• ADM PRO does not process product refunds
• ADM PRO does not handle product exchanges
Any return, exchange, shipping, or refund requests must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller according to the seller’s individual business policies.
Membership & Service Package Refunds
Refunds apply only to ADM PRO platform services, including membership plans and service packages.
Seller memberships and subscription services may be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly used.
This refund policy applies exclusively to:
• Seller memberships
• Platform subscription packages
• Platform service fees
It does not apply to any product transactions between buyers and sellers.

ADM PRO acts solely as a digital marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers.
ADM PRO is not involved in:
• Product sales
• Shipping or delivery
• Quality control or inspections
• Payment processing between parties
• Product returns or exchanges
All commercial responsibilities related to product transactions belong exclusively to the buyer and the seller according to their own business agreements and policies.
